At 8:13 p.m., deputies made an arrest of a 31-yearold on charges of flight to avoid (out of state), driving under the influence, theft valued at $5,000-$19,999, first degree aggravated motor vehicle theft valued at $20,000 or less and violation of a protection order.

At 7:26 p.m., deputies arrested a 48-year-old at N. Fourth Avenue and Washington Street in Sterling on a warrant from another agency for flight to avoid.
