STERLING POLICE DEPARTMENT Oct. 2

At 3:00 a.m. Colby Harms, 20, was issued a citation in the 100 block of College Ave. for underage possession / consumption of alcohol. At 3:00 a.m. Caden Williams, 19, was issued a citation in the 100 block of College Ave. for underage possession/consumption of alcohol.

At 3:00a.m. Robert Brownlee, 19, was issued a citation in the 100 block of College Ave. for underage possession/consumption of alcohol.

At 3:00 a.m. Jade Ndong Nang, 18, was issued a citation in the 100 block of College Ave. for underage possession/consumption of alcohol.

At 2:26p.m. Brian Hastings, 54, was arrested in the 400 block of Douglas St. on charges of resisting arrest and crimes against an atrisk adult/juvenile — third degree assault.

At 3:53 p.m. Elizabeth Randle, 35, was arrested in the 1500 block of W. Main St. on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 1:26 a.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of Williams Pl. for a disturbance.

At 3:39 a.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of Main St. for a burglary alarm.

At 4:21 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Chestnut St. for suspicious activity.

At 11:05 a.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Jackson St. for a disturbance.

At 6:32 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Elm St. for a motor vehicle theft.

At 9:16 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Seventh Ave. for suspicious activity.

At 9:41 p.m. police were dispatched to Stone Ct. and Landrum Ln. for suspicious activity.

At 10:50 a.m. John Gill, 34, was issued a citation in the 100block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for failure to appear.

At 6:22 a.m.deputies were dispatched to the 19300 block of Chambers Dr., in Sterling, for a burglary alarm.

At 1:43 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 13700 block of Beal Rd., in Sterling, for a 911investigation. At 2:01 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Fourth Ave., in Iliff, for a 911investigation.

At 4:13 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of County Road 25, in Merino, for suspicious activity.

At 4:46 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Lee St., in Merino, for a civil standby.

At 6:30 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8100 block of C.R. 370, in Sterling, for an assist.

Sept. 27

At 2:21p.m. Scott Bell, 49, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, on charges of assault in the second degree of a police officer and obstructing a police officer. At 6:54 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 26300 block C.R. 65, in Iliff, for a 911 investigation.

At 9:10 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Park Ave., in Iliff, for a forgery.

At 2:21 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for an assault.

At 2:34 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Highland Dr., in Sterling, for a 911investigation. At 3:15 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 17500 block of C.R. 30, in Sterling, for a report of harassment. At 5:41 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 26300 block of C.R. 65, in Iliff, for a 911 investigation.

At 6:20 p.m. deputies were dispatched to C.R. 6 and U.S. Highway 6, in Merino, for a welfare check.

At 6:28 a.m. deputies were dispatched to Pioneer Rd. and C.R. 39, in Sterling, for a vehicle crash without injuries.

At 10:16 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Logan St., in Peetz, for an assist.

At 11:41 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 18300 block of C.R. 41, in Sterling, for an animal complaint. At 4:02 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Colorado Ave., in Merino, for an offense.

At 6:43 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 38300 block of C.R. 79, in Crook, for a burglary.

At 12:20 a.m. Wendy Cable, 61, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Main St., in Sterling, on charges of violation of restriction interlock license, driving under the influence/three or more prior, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule III/IV/V controlled substance, operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway and driving with an open alcohol container in the vehicle. At 3:31 a.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 3on Hwy. 138for a vehicle crash without injuries.

At 9:12 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Overland Trl. for a welfare check.

At 2:00 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 115on I-76for a 911investigation.

At 4:07 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 16100 block of Front Ave. for a 911 investigation.

At 4:38 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 16300 block of Hwy. 14, in Sterling, for a theft.
