At 2:51 a.m. police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Leisure Ln. for suspicious activity. At 9:12 a.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Park St. for a disturbance. At 3:25 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a theft. At 10:45 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Platte St. for a prowler. At 11:02 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Third Ave. for suspicious activity.

At 5:26p.m. Karma Brandt, 45, was arrested in the 400 block of Macgregor Rd. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 9:09 p.m. Maria Herrera, 44, was issued a citation in the 400 block of S. Front St. for failure to appear. At 1:19 a.m. police were dispatched to the 19700 block of Factory St. for a weapons violation. At 2:51 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Macgregor Rd. for a disturbance. At 6:54 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a theft. At 10:11 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of Hays Ave. for suspicious activity. At 11:44 p.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of Holly Dr. for a disturbance.

At 2:01 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Iris Dr. for a disturbance. At 7:46 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Pine St. for a disturbance. At 8:05 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of Overland Trl. for a vehicle crash without injuries.
Feb. 16
At 2:46p.m. Dakota Schrecengost, 21, was arrested in the 100 block of Charmony Frontage Rd. on a warrant for flight to avoid and charges of second-degree aggravated motor vehicle theft — $2,000to $19,999, theft from a building — less than $300 and seconddegree burglary from a dwelling. At 3:20 p.m. Spencer Nash, 32, was arrested in the 1500 block of W. Main St. on charges of theft — $300 to $999, possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. At 10:21 a.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Park St. for a disturbance. At 3:20 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a theft.

At 3:54p.m. Sarah Raihl, 30, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 12:18 a.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Macgregor Rd. for a disturbance.
