March 7

At 8:40 p.m. Connor Kuhn, 33, was arrested at W. Main St. and S. 14th Ave. on charges of failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a scheduled I/II controlled substance. At 6:54 a.m. police were dispatched to the 900 block of Clark St. for a weapons violation. At 9:29 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of E. Chestnut St. for a theft. At 3:55 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Phelps St. for a parking complaint.

March 8

At 4:15 a.m. Michael Marsh, 39, was arrested in the 300 block of Lincoln St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 11:40 a.m. Nicholas Mangione, 36, was issued a citation in the 200 block of S. Third Ave. for trespassing. At 5:50 p.m. Dakota Low, 19, was issued a citation in the 600 block of Broadway St. for damage to property.

March 10

At 1:22a.m. Alexis Martinez, 30, was arrested in the 500 block of Columbine St. on charges of possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance and distribution/ manufacturing/possession with intent. At 8:20 p.m. Leon Hernandez, 45, was arrested in the 1000 block of W. Main St. on charges of harassment, criminal mischief less than $300, disorderly conduct — unreasonable noise, bias motivated crimes and obstructing a police officer. At 10:20 p.m. Kelcie Hovland, 27, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 2:09 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Hamilton St. for a disturbance.
