At 4:09 p.m. Timothy Kelly, 58, was arrested in the 400 block of Iris Dr., in Sterling, on charges of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, speeding 40 mph or more over the limit, driving with an open alcohol container in the vehicle and obstructing a police officer.

At 4:10 p.m. Rhonda Vankirk, 61, was arrested in the 400 block of Iris Dr., in Sterling, on charges of assault in the second degree of a police officer while in custody, resisting arrest and obstructing an officer.
