RE-1 Valley Schools

Breakfast served daily. Lunch will include a variety of low fat milk daily. A salad bar is offered daily. Menu is subject to change.

Tuesday: Nachos supreme, refried beans, cinnamon churro, fresh fruit and veggies.

Wednesday: Hamburger, fries, fresh fruit and veggies. Thursday: Christmas Dinner. Chicken drumstick, mash potatoes/gravy, dinner roll, corn, pumpkin fluff. Friday: Bosco stick, marinara dripping sauce, honey roasted carrots, fresh fruit and veggies.

Fleming Schools

A full student lunch includes a choice of entrée supplying protein and grain, vegetable side dish, fruit and vegetable bar, and a choice of milk. Alternate entrees are also available. Milk choices include 1% white and skim chocolate. Menu is subject to change. Tuesday: TBA. Wednesday: TBA. Thursday: TBA. Friday: TBA.

Iliff Head Start

1percent milk is served with all meals

Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, grapes.

Wednesday: Ham scalloped potatoes, veggies with dip, apples. Thursday: Chicken rice a roni, cheese sticks, corn, fruit medley. Friday: Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, green beans, oranges.

Peetz Schools

Monday: Lasagna, Italian bread, layered salad, peaches.

Tuesday: French dip, whole wheat bun, Au Jus, spicy potatoes, strawberri­es and bananas.

Wednesday: Smothered burrito, green chili sauce, Mexican rice, corn, Jessica’s fruit salad. Thursday: Baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, whole wheat roll, green beans, pears. Friday: No School.

Merino Schools

A full student lunch includes a choice of entrée supplying protein and grain, vegetable side dish, fruit and vegetable bar, and a choice of milk. Alternate entrees are also available. Milk choices include 1% white and skim chocolate. Menu is subject to change. Monday: Mashed potato and chicken bowl, dinner roll, peppered biscuit gravy, seasoned corn, hot smokey ham and cheese sandwich. Tuesday: Seasoned beef taco meat, Walking Taco Nacho Cheese Doritos tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, low fat sour cream, refried vegetarian beans, peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Wednesday: Tater tot casserole, dinner roll, savory green beans, beef hot dog on whole wheat. Thursday: TBA. Friday: Crispy chicken patty sandwich, mixed vegetable medley, little Italy whole grain wrap.
