At 4:45 p.m. Shelby Koch, 31, was issued a citation in the 800 block of Holly Dr. for theft. At 7:35 p.m. Spencer Nash, 23, was issued a citation at W. Main St. and S. 14th Ave. for trespassing. At 1:01 p.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of Elm St. for a hit-and-run vehicle crash. At 1:59 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Third St. for a vehicle crash without injuries. At 2:26 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Chestnut St. for a disturbance. At 4:30 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of N. 12th Ave. for a theft. At 5:43 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of State St. for a theft. At 6:37 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Second St. for suspicious activity. At 6:42 p.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of W. Main St. for suspicious activity. At 7:10 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a theft. At 7:59 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Lincoln St. for a trespass. OCT. 25 At 3:39 a.m. Bobbie Beller, 26, was arrested in the 100 block of Oak St. on charges of domestic violence and assault in the third degree. At 8:39 a.m. Zoey Thompson, 49, was arrested in the 500 block of W. Main St. on a warrant for flight to avoid and charges of failure to appear, misdemeanor menacing, driving while license is restrained due to alcohol/ drug offense and resisting arrest. At 11:00a.m. Christopher Oshea, 40, was issued a citation in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for disturbing the peace. At 12:04 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of W. Main St. for a theft. At 8:03 a.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Front St. for vandalism. At 8:33 a.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of W. Main St. for a disturbance. At 10:50 a.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for a disturbance. At 10:50 a.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for a burglary alarm. At 11:03 a.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of N. Division Ave. for suspicious activity. At 11:36 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Delmar St. for a disturbance. At 12:15 p.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of Elm St. for a disturbance. At 12:48 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Fairhurst St. for suspicious activity. At 3:20 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1200 block of N. Fifth St. for suspicious activity. At 7:51 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Platte St. for vandalism.
