At 3:57 p.m. Josephine Jones, 41, was arrested at Highway 138 and Pioneer Rd. on charges of possession of less than four grams of a schedule I/II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway and driving a vehicle where glass equipment is obstructed. At 8:40 p.m. Jose Ochoa, 66, was arrested in the 200 block of N. Fourth St. on a warrant for flight to avoid and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance. At 11:43 a.m. police were dispatched to Oak St. and N. Fifth St. for a disturbance. At 12:06 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a trespass. At 4:43 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Platte St. for a disturbance. At 5:33 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Park St. for a theft. At 12:30 p.m. Angela Pennock, 32, was issued a citation in the 1200 block of N. Fifth St. for disturbing the peace. At 2:35 p.m. Araceli Villalobos, 19, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 2:35 p.m. Edgar Arzate, 19, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 3:03 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Front St. for a trespass. At 5:29 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Charmony Frontage Rd. for a vehicle crash without injuries. At 8:20 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Iris Dr. for a trespass. At 11:04 a.m. police were dispatched to the 700 block of Sidney Ave. for an animal complaint. At 11:13 a.m. Amanda Graves, 42, was arrested in the 200 block of Hamilton St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 2:20p.m. Bart Baney, 40, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd. on charges of third-degree trespass and theft — $300 to $999. At 2:20 p.m. Nip Ha, 40, was issued a citation in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd. for theft — $300to $999. At 3:20 p.m. Leeanna Mccauley, 35, was issued a citation in the 100 block of N. Second St. for theft. At 3:30p.m. Melissa Perez, 53, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 3:30 p.m. Belinda Killian, 30, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
