RE-1 Valley Schools
Breakfast served daily. Lunch will include a variety of low fat milk daily. A salad bar is offered daily. Menu is subject to change. Tuesday: Burrito, green chili sauce, Spanish rice, fruits/ vegetables.
Wednesday: Fajitas, perfect pintos, sugar cookie, Jell-o, fruits/vegetables.
Thursday: Chicken tenders, seasoned fries, honeyroasted carrots, fruits/vegetables.
Friday: Pizza, green beans, cookie, fruits/vegetables.
Fleming Schools
A full student lunch includes a choice of entrée supplying protein and grain, vegetable side dish, fruit and vegetable bar, and a choice of milk. Alternate entrees are also available. Iliff Head Start
1percent milk is served with all meals
Tuesday: Beef and bean burrito, salsa, corn, blueberries.
Wednesday: Tator tot casserole, breadstick, peas, oranges. Thursday: Chicken noodle soup, biscuit, carrots with dip, watermelon. Friday: Meat pizza, tossed salad, winter fruit salad.

Monday: Chili, cinnamon rolls, carrot sticks, pineapple. Tuesday: Turkey quesadilla, corn, applesauce, cinnamon zucchini bread. Wednesday: Mac and cheese, winter mix veggies, grapes, cowboy bread. Thursday: Biscuits and sausage gravy, hashbrowns, oranges, yogurt. Friday: Baked fish, whole wheat roll, green beans, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Seasoned beef taco meat, Walking Taco Nacho Cheese Doritos, Tortilla Chips, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, low fat sour cream, refried vegetarian beans, peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Wednesday: Tater tot casserole, dinner roll, savory green beans, beef hot dog on whole wheat. Thursday: Dutch chicken pot pie, fresh baked whole grain biscuit, seasoned corn, turkey sandwich.
