RE-1 Valley Schools
Breakfast served daily. Lunch will include a variety of low fat milk daily. A salad bar is offered daily. Menu is subject to change.
Monday: Toasted cheese sandwich, chips, Rosy applesauce, fruit variety, fresh vegetables.
Tuesday: Chicken nuggets, vegetable lo Mein, mixed veggies, fruit variety, fresh vegetables. Wednesday: Rib-b-que, Dill pickles, smiley fries, baked beans, fruit variety, fresh vegetables.
Thursday: Pepperoni pizza, green beans, sidekick, fruit variety, fresh vegetables. Friday: No School.
Fleming Schools
A full student lunch includes a choice of entrée supplying protein and grain, vegetable side dish, fruit and vegetable bar, and a choice of milk. Alternate entrees are also available. Milk choices include 1% white and skim chocolate. Menu is subject to change. Monday: Bean burrito, Spanish rice, mixed fruit, Uncrustable. Tuesday: Beef and broccoli, steamed rice/veggie, strawberries, Uncrustable. Wednesday: Chili with cinnamon roll, celery and carrot sticks, apple, Uncrustable. Thursday: Domino’s pizza, seasoned carrots, fruit cup, Uncrustable.
Friday: No School.
Iliff Head Start
1percent milk is served with all meals Tuesday: Chicken enchilada casserole, tossed salad with Jicama, fruit salad. Wednesday: Hot dogs, sweet potato fries, mango. Thursday: Beef goulash, corn, grapes. Friday: Ham and cheese melt, carrots, watermelon.
Peetz Schools
Monday: Smothered chicken chimichanga, green chili sauce, Mexican rice, corn, peaches.
Tuesday: Pulled pork sandwich, whole wheat bun, coleslaw, baked beans, fruit cocktail. Wednesday: No School. Thursday: No School. Friday: No School.
Merino Schools
A full student lunch includes a choice of entrée supplying protein and grain, vegetable side dish, fruit and vegetable bar, and a choice of milk. Alternate entrees are also available. Milk choices include 1% white and skim chocolate. Menu is subject to change. Monday: Mashed potato and chicken bowl, dinner roll, peppered biscuit gravy, seasoned corn, ham, cheese and lettuce wrap. Tuesday: Seasoned beef taco meat, tortilla chips, creamy cheddar cheese sauce, low fat sour cream, salsa, refried beans and little Italy whole grain wrap. Wednesday: Home-style beef and bean chili, baked cinnamon roll, shredded cheddar cheese, savory green beans, beef hot dog on whole wheat bun. Thursday: No School. Friday: No School.
