At 2:59 p.m. Jaclyn Morales, 28, was arrested in the
1500 block of W. Main St. on charges of third-degree trespass, theft — less than $300, possession of less than four grams of a schedule I/II controlled substance, failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 3:35 p.m. Lonnie Hodge, 44, was arrested in the 500 block of S. 10th on charges of child abuse, assault in the third degree and crimes against at-risk adults/ juveniles — third-degree assault.
