RE-1 Valley Schools

Breakfast served daily. Lunch will include a variety of low fat milk daily. A salad bar is offered daily. Menu is subject to change.

Tuesday: Hamburger, French fries, Dill pickles, fruit variety, fresh vegetables.

Wednesday: Chicken patty/ bun, chips, honey-roasted carrots, fruit variety, fresh vegetables.

Thursday: Super nachos, refried beans, cinnamon churro, fruit variety, fresh vegetables.

Friday: Bosco stick, marinara sauce, corn, cookie, fruit variety, fresh vegetables.

Fleming Schools

A full student lunch includes a choice of entrée supplying protein and grain, vegetable side dish, fruit and vegetable bar, and a choice of milk. Alternate entrees are also available. Milk choices include 1% white and skim chocolate. Menu is subject to change.

Tuesday: Goulash, garlic bread, salad, applesauce, ham and cheese roll ups.

Wednesday: Chicken nuggets, baked beans, peaches, ham and cheese roll ups.

Thursday: Beefy mac-ncheese, corn, fruit cup, ham and cheese roll ups.

Friday: Chili cheese fries, spring salad, apples, ham and cheese roll ups.

Iliff Head Start

1percent milk is served with all meals

Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, carrots with spinach dip, bananas.

Wednesday: Nachos supreme, green beans, watermelon. Thursday: Chicken spaghetti, broccoli with cheese, tropical fruit.

Friday: Meat pizza, tossed salad, mango.

Peetz Schools

Monday: Chicken and noodles, biscuit, cooked carrots, peaches, cottage cheese.

Tuesday: Sub sandwich on whole wheat bun, potato salad, California veggies, Jes’s fruit salad.

Wednesday: Tator tot casserole, zucchini bread, mixed veggies, applesauce.

Thursday: Chicken tenders, herb pull-a-parts, winter veggies, oranges.

Friday: Tuna casserole, whole wheat roll, peas, grapes.

Merino Schools

A full student lunch includes a choice of entrée supplying protein and grain, vegetable side dish, fruit and vegetable bar, and a choice of milk. Alternate entrees are also available. Milk choices include 1% white and skim chocolate. Menu is subject to change.

Monday: Chicken spaghetti, dinner roll, seasoned green beans and carrots, hot smokey ham and cheese sandwich.

Tuesday: Seasoned beef taco meat, Walking Taco Nacho Cheese Doritos tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, low fat sour cream, refried vegetarian beans. Wednesday: Tater tot casserole, dinner roll, savory green beans, beef hot dog on whole wheat.

Thursday: Dutch chicken pot pie, fresh baked whole grain biscuit, seasoned corn, turkey sandwich.

Friday: Crispy chicken patty sandwich, mixed vegetable medley, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
