At 12:10 p.m. Byron Martinez-garcia, 29, was arrested at mile marker 151 on I-76 on charges of driving under the influence and DUI per se.

At 1:34 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8100 block of C.R. 370, in Sterling, for a 911 investigation. At 5:28 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Third St., in Iliff, for a 911 investigation.

At 11:24 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 1300 block of W. Main St., in Sterling, for suspicious activity.

At 11:28p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 157 on I-76 for a hit-and-run vehicle crash.

At 11:25a.m. Christopher First, 50, was issued a citation in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for contempt of court. At 3:21 p.m. Nathan Kubitz, 26, was issued a citation in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for contempt of court.

At 4:24 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 1600 block of Fillmore St., in Sterling, for a disturbance. At 5:27 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 15600 block of Hadfield St., in Sterling, for vandalism.

At 3:40 p.m. Kenya Greene, 49, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid and a charge of failure to appear.

At 12:32 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 30600 block of C.R. 8, in Sterling, for an offense.

At 5:20 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 14000 block of Cottonwood Cir., in Sterling, for a disturbance. At 5:42 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 26300 block of C.R. 65, in Iliff, for a disturbance. At 4:50 p.m. Jelitza Reynoso, 32, was arrested in the 100block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 9:07 p.m. Zoey Thompson, 49, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Front St., in Sterling, on charges of fraudulent criminal possession of a financial device, second-degree trespass, possession of less than four grams of a schedule I/II controlled substance, possession of controlled substances paraphernalia, resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer.

At 12:44 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 18700 block of C.R. 32, in Sterling, for a theft.

At 10:45 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 3400 block of C.R. 23.5, in Merino, for a theft.

At 3:51 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 26800 block of C.R. 65, in Iliff, for a forgery.

At 12:02 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Logan Ave., in Merino, for a disturbance.

At 1:51 a.m. deputies were dispatched to C.R. 41 and 36, in Sterling, for a vehicle crash with injuries.

At 7:28 a.m. deputies were dispatched to Sterling Ave. and Main St., in Padroni, for a theft.

At 2:20p.m. Austin Fox, 21, was arrested in the 1000 block of Santa Fe Trl., in Trinidad, on charges of prohibited use of weaponspossession while under the influence, false reporting to authorities, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief — $5,000 to $19,999, attempting to influence a public servant, felony menacing, manslaughter, illegal discharge of a firearm and criminal attempt. At 3:18 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St., in Sterling, for a theft. At 9:03 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Main St., in Peetz, for a disturbance.

At 10:10 a.m. Jovani Lossisironi, 30, was issued a citation in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for failure to appear.

At 4:36 p.m. William Fuller, 41, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Second Ave. on charges of harassment and domestic violence.

At 8:53 p.m. Abigail Aguirre, 25, was arrested in the 800 block of Elm St. on charges of harassment, domestic violence and reckless driving.

At 11:31 a.m. Michael Winters, 44, was arrested in the 400 block of Valley Dr. on charges of failure to appear and violation of a protection order.

At 1:12p.m. Alexis Martinez, 30, was issued a citation in the 500block of Chestnut St. for failure to appear. At 11:59p.m. Tristan Hassman, 20, was arrested in the 400 block of Lincoln St. on charges of false reporting to authorities, operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public highway, driving while license is suspended and driving with expired license plates/registration.

At 11:53 a.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of College Ave. for a hitand-run vehicle crash. At 12:23 p.m. police were dispatched to the 600 block of Franklin St. for vandalism. At 2:33 p.m. police were dispatched to the 900 block of Beattie Dr. for an animal bite.

At 4:06 p.m. police were dispatched to Stone Ct. and Landrum Ln. for an animal complaint.

At 11:15 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Lincoln St. for a disturbance.

At 11:51a.m. Michael Mayes, 49, was arrested in the

300 block of N. Third Ave. on charges of first-degree arson of a building and firstdegree trespassing in an unoccupied dwelling. At 11:51a.m. April Makinster, 40, was arrested in the

At 2:45 p.m. Randolph Reinbold, 66. was issued a citation in the 300 block of Main St. for trespassing. At 8:48 p.m. Brian Cheatham, 38, was arrested in the 200block of Platte St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 9:07 p.m. Jody Hall, 53, was arrested in the 200block of Platte St. on charges of theft, possession of less than four grams of a schedule I/II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway. At 3:00p.m. Brittany Carleton, 38, was issued a citation in the 1000 block of N. Seventh St. for failure to appear.

At 3:16 p.m. William Ramey, 34, was arrested in the 1000 block of N. Seventh St. on charges of misdemeanor menacing, first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, assault in the third degree and false imprisonment.

At 9:40 p.m. Noemi Trevino, 33, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
