At 2:00 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of W. Main St. for a disturbance.
At 4:51 a.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of S. 11th Ave. for suspicious activity. At 3:18 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a theft.
At 5:09 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a disturbance.
At 7:04 p.m. police were dispatched to the 700 block of Cleveland St. for theft.
JAN. 28
At 3:00 p.m. Gabriel Vasquez, 25, was issued a citation in the 20800 block of U.S. Highway 6 for discharge of a firearm/explosive/bow/crossbow. At 7:55 p.m. Joshua Roberts, 34, was arrested in the 1500 block of E. Chestnut St. on charges of violating interlock license, driving with an open alcohol container in the motor vehicle and driving under the influence.
At 12:03 a.m. police were dispatched to the 11500 block of Hwy. 61for a trespass.
At 7:52 a.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of Edwards Ave. for theft.
At 12:13 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Chestnut St. for a disturbance.
At 2:23 p.m. police were dispatched to the 20800 block of U.S. Hwy. 6for a weapons violation.
At 4:53 p.m. police were dispatched to the 700 block of W. Main St. for a trespass.
At 4:54 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of N. Fifth St. for an animal complaint.

At 8:35a.m. Ernesto Tolentino, 41, was arrested in the 300block of N. Sixth St. on charges of possession of less than one gram of a schedule I controlled substance/fentanyl after prior offense, operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway, driving with expired license plates/ expired registration, driving while license is revoked as a habitual offender and possession of controlled substances paraphernalia. At 4:26 p.m. William Fuller, 41, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Division Ave. on charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle on a public highway, driving a vehicle while license is suspended, eluding or attempting to elude a police officer and violation of a protection order. At 8:13p.m. Cassandra Stegman, 49, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 8:13 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
At 9:20 p.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of Charmony Pl. for a disturbance.

At 12:56 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of W. Main St. for suspicious activity.
At 1:31 p.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Fifth Ave. for a hit-and-run vehicle crash.

At 11:16a.m. Christa Schrimpscher, 35, was issued a citation in the 1100 block of N. Seventh St. for failure to appear.
At 11:31 a.m. Trisha
Spangle, 36, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. on charges of posting a private image for harassment and domestic violence.
At 9:27 p.m. Jade Duran, 29, was arrested in the 900 block of W. Main St. on charges of lane usage violation, driving with an open alcohol container in the vehicle, driving under the influence and DUI per se.
At 10:13 p.m. Monica Avalos, 23, was issued a citation in the 900 block of W. Main St. for violation of a protection order.
At 10:30 p.m. Edward Morehead, 44, was arrested in the 2000block of Leisure Ln. on charges of possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 7:28 a.m. police were dispatched to County Road 370and N. Riverview Rd. for a vehicle crash without injuries.
At 8:58 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Platte St. for theft. At 12:34 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
At 3:08 p.m. police were dispatched to the 700 block of N. Third St. for theft.
At 4:19 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of N. 12th Ave. for theft.
At 4:25 p.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of Platte St. for a burglary.
FEB. 1
At 1:20 p.m. Clinton Johnson, 28, was issued a citation in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for theft. At 3:11p.m. Derrick Eastin, 35, was arrested in the 1500 block of W. Main
St. on charges of unlawful acts-theft detection devices, theft — less than $300, driving an uninsured motor vehicle on a public highway, driving a vehicle
while license is revoked and display of plates not assigned/operating an unregistered vehicle.
At 4:15 p.m. Cetan Herrera, 32, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
At 4:15p.m. Melissa Castillo, 46, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
At 4:15p.m. Justine Shoulders, 23, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 7:41p.m. Bryant Runge, 32, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Front St. on a warrant for flight to avoid and a charge of failure to appear. He was later issued a citation for theft — less than $300.
At 8:15 p.m. Ethan Lutke,
39, was arrested in the
1500 block of W. Main St. on a warrant for flight to avoid and a charge of theft.
At 9:14 a.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Douglas St. for a disturbance.
At 10:11 a.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Second St. for theft. At 10:33 a.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Elwood St. for vandalism. At 2:21 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Fourth St. for theft. At 3:11 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 3:28 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a vehicle crash with injuries.

At 4:15 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 6:47 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Macgregor Rd. for a trespass.
At 8:06 p.m. police were dispatched to 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
At 10:27 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Kochia Way for a burglary.

At 6:45p.m. Cynthia Hernandez. 42, was issued a citation in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for theft. At 6:45 p.m. Tamra Beasley, 42, was issued a citation in the 400block of N. Fourth St. for theft.
At 11:17p.m. Dana Abbott, 38, was arrested in the 200 block of Hamilton St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 8:11 a.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of Edwards Ave. for theft. At 4:48 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of N. 12th Ave. for theft.
At 5:35 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Evans St. for an animal complaint.

At 12:24 p.m. Samantha Latona, 28, was arrested in the 500 block of N. Division Ave. on a warrant for flight to avoid.
At 3:12 a.m. police were dispatched to Poplar St. and N. Fifth St. for suspicious activity.
At 7:13 a.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of Charmony Frontage Rd. for theft.
At 10:32 a.m. police were dispatched to Douglas St. and S. 10th Ave. for a vehicle crash with injuries. At 7:55 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd. for a vehicle crash without injuries. At 8:21 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Valley Dr. for theft.
At 8:24 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of N. Front St. for a trespass.

At 6:05p.m. David Fiss, 34, was arrested in the 500 block of W. Main St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 9:36 p.m. Blaine Erickson, 21, was arrested in the 100 block of S. Front St. on charges of assault in the third degree and driving with an open alcohol container in the vehicle.
At 4:29 p.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of Sierra Vista St. for a trespass.
At 5:02p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500block of W. Main St. for theft.

At 12:29p.m. Melissa Lopez, 33, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Fourth St. on a
warrant for flight to avoid. At 3:25 p.m. Daeton Bone, 20, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.
At 3:38p.m. Brian Hastings, 56, was issued a citation in the 400 block of Douglas St. for disturbing the peace.
At 4:45 p.m. Jose Floresmachado, 44, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Fourth St. on a warrant for flight to avoid.
