Place double-sided tape around the inside of the smaller inner hoop. Center design again on inner hoop and wrap ends to back of hoop along the tape to hold piece tightly.
Trace outside edge onto paper side of felt; cut out and set aside.
Place double-sided tape around larger outer wooden hoop. Wrap with ribbon.
Place outside hoop over smaller hoop with stitched piece; tighten knob to secure piece. Pull paper from Sticky Back Felt and place sticky side over back of hoop, hiding excess linen.
