Just Another Button Company For hat ties, cut two 6-ply strands of 2266a and one of 4125; knot together at one end and braid until 1/2 inch long. Knot ends and clip excess to 1/4 inch; fluff end for tassel. Repeat to make a second tie.

Referring to photo throughout, tack braided ties to hat. Attach jingle bell to hat top and heart button to right of sheep using complement­ary floss.
