Instructions:
Cross stitch over two threads using two strands of floss.
Backstitch over two threads using one strand of floss.
Work French knot using two strands of floss and wrapping floss around needle once.
Finishing Materials & Instructions
• 6"- diameter round Shaker box with lid • 6" x 6" piece mounting board • Craft tape
Press stitched piece from reverse side, straightening as much as possible.
Using Shaker box lid as a template, cut mounting board 1/8" smaller than lid.
Stretch stitched piece over mounting board and secure on reverse side with craft tape or with lacing. Note: Do not glue stitched piece to lid if you wish to change the box top to match the seasons. Insert stitched piece into Shaker box lid.
