$8,856 Quality Assurance Agreement for Mckean County 911 Center
On Tuesday’s Meeting, the Quality Assurance Agreement for Quality Performance Review for Mckean County 911 Center from June 27, 2022, for 3 months at $8,856 was approved.
The Mckean County Board of Commissioners approved the Letter of Engagement for Maher Duessel to audit the 911 Program of the County of Mckean on behalf of The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency at no cost to the county.
The commissioners also approved the appointment of Ami Shavalier as Resident Board Member of the Mckean County Housing Authority Board to fulfill the term of Sharon Zmuda who had resigned. The term will expire on November 22, 2025.
An application for the State Food Purchase Program on behalf of Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania for the fiscal year 2022/2023.
An extension of the KOS copier lease for Magisterial District Judge Offices (4) for one year at $187 per month for all four machines, which includes the Maintenance Agreement for up to 24,000 copies plus an overage of $0.008 per copy was approved.
The commissioners also approved Establish Partnership Grants with Mckean County Community Foundation for one open grant cycle of $250,000 in funds from the American Rescue Plan Funds for qualifying organizations and 5% distributed to the Foundation for the administration of funds.
A KOS Quote for a copier for Mckean County Adult Probation Office for a Canon Image Runner DX 527 for a 5-year lease at $57.06 per month and a Maintenance Agreement at a rate of $30 per month for a total cost of $87.06 was approved.
Shania and Marla Mcmillen and Holly Mccrary were approved for Foster Care Contracts.
CYS Agreements approved were Bethesda, Central Counties Youth Services (2 agreements, 1-County & 1- Provider), Children’s Aid Society, Cornell Abraxas, Diakon, Family Pathways, Hoffman Homes for Youth, Lifespan, Merakey, and Perseus House.
The Mckean County Commissioners made an amendment on an item: the percent on the Mckean County Community Foundation is 10% for administration, not 5%.
