Barbara "Mickey" J. Dyne, 88, passed away early Wednesday morning (Aug. 10) at Senakean Manor. She was born on Jan. 28, 1934 in Axtell, KS, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Evelyn (Robinson) Burke.

Mrs. Dyne had worked many jobs throughout her life. She had worked for Bell Telephone and Sunkist in California, where she lived after graduating high school and where she married her first husband, Richard Gallagher Sr., who preceded her in death. She then moved to this area after she married Buck Dyne of Kane, who also preceded her in death. She worked at Olympic Luggage, Broadbents­titeler, the Kane High School as a janitor and the Kane Republican, just to name a few.

She is survived by three daughters, Diane (Howard) Humphrey, Barbara Gallagher and Marlene Dyne, all of Kane; one son Richard (Aretta) Gallagher of Kane; six grandchild­ren, Bob Gallagher and partner Chuck Howe, Becky (Frank)

Sider, Shannon Szymanski, Tesla Moore, Sloan Moore and Samantha (Justin) Fiebig; seven great-grandchild­ren, Paige and Jordan Vogel, Cadence Carlson-maybury, Damien and Piper Wells and Diana Fiebig.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson Roger Gallagher and one sister Joan Burke.

Mickey was very well loved by everyone she met. She loved her family more than anything in the world. We know she will join her grandson in Heaven, and it will be a wonderful reunion.

Friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday (Aug. 13) at 1:00 p.m. at the Cummings Funeral Home, with the Rev. Calvin Cook officiatin­g. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Mckean County SPCA 80 Glenwood Ave, Bradford, PA 16701.
