This event took place on Wednesday November 16, and began at 6:00 p.m. when businessman Vicente Ruiz welcomed and thanked all the attendees for their presence and explained the main purpose of this meeting: to generate greater unity among all sectors of the Hispanic community in order to deal with any problems that may arise that could have an impact on the population.

Present were various leaders and supporters of the Hispanic community, including entrepreneurs and directors of organizations working to improve the quality of life of all residents.

In order to make the most of this coming together of organizations and entrepreneurs, a general list was drawn up where all participants stated their connections at the local, state and national levels, as well as the advantages, resources, achievements and fields of experience of their company or organization.

After gathering this resource list, the moderator said it was necessary to establish priorities that should be addressed in the community in four main areas: health, education, immigration, and community action. For this the attendees divided into four groups to discuss problems with each issue that are affecting the community, choosing one person per group to write the ideas and present them to the general audience and selecting five priorities related to each general area.

It is important to note that most of the groups spoke about the importance of providing information to the community, either through public forums or social networks, supporting counseling for families in need or who are experiencing difficult times.

To conclude the meeting, there was discussion about the next steps necessary to carry out a greater union among the community, noting that this event would be the first of many others, all with the main objective of improving the quality of life of all residents and working together as a community.
