Como parte del programa Movie in the park, esta edición del 2018 arrancará con la presentación de la película Coco, en las instalaciones de parque Guthrie Green el proximo 3 de mayo.
Movie in the park es un programa en el cual todos los jueves por la noche desde el mes de mayo hasta el mes de octubre, se ofrece al publico una prelicua proyectada en las instalaciones del Guthrie Green, aptas para toda la familia de forma gratuita.
En los eventos lo asistentes además de disfrutar de una buena película al aire libre, pueden además relajarse y comer en los food trucks que se instalarán en el lugar.
La película Coco, es una animación que sigue a un niño en su viaje a la Tierra de los Muertos para buscar el perdón de sus antepasados y levantar una maldición, la película está basada en la alegre y colorida tradición mexica del día de muertos.
Si usted está planeando asistir a evento no olvide que puede también llevar sillas de jardín o alguna manta para disfrutar de la película, en esta ocasión también se contará con la participación especial del Balet Folklorico Tonatiuh, la presentación del violinista Hugo Salcedo y el guitarrista Francisco Treviño y habrá también la rifa de un regalo sorpresa como parte de la apertura de la temporada de películas del 2018.

The Movie in the Park program returns for 2018 and will kick off with the presentation of the movie Coco at the Guthrie Green on May 3.
Movie in the Park is a program in which every Thursday night from the month of May to the month of October, the audience is offered a movie screened at the Guthrie Green, a pleasant event suitable for the whole family and free of charge.
At the events, as well as enjoying a good outdoor movie, families can also relax and eat from a variety food trucks that will be onhand.
This year’s first screening is sponsored by La Semana.
The film that will be presented on May 3rd is Coco, an animated movie that follows a child on his trip to the Land of the Dead to seek the forgiveness of his ancestors and lift a curse. The film is based on the cheerful and colorful Mexican tradition of Day of the Dead.
If you are planning to attend the event remember you can also bring lawn chairs or a blanket to enjoy the movie, and this time you will also have a special participation of the Tonatiuh Folkloric Balet, as well as a performance by the violinist Hugo Salcedo and guitarist Francisco Treviño. There will also be a raffle of a surprise gift as part of the opening of the 2018 movie season.
