WISCONSIN WINGS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS, 3 WINGS (123 G) EACH.
What You Need
1 18 Ritz Cracker, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup crumbs)
2 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
3 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
4 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
5 1/2 tsp. paprika
6 1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
7 2 lb. (900 g) chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
8 1/3 cup Heinz Dijon Mustard
Let's make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in shallow dish.
Coat chicken with mustard, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until golden brown and cooked through, turning chicken over after 20 min. Serve warm.
