According to information form the LCSO, the burglary victim contacted deputies telling them Dore had recently shot at a man at Highland Springs Reservoir. The burglary victim was able to provide information related to the identity of the person Dore shot at.

Deputies were able to make contact with the shooting victim. He told the deputies that on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020 at approximately 11 p.m., he was attending a party at Highland Springs Reservoir.
