Ah, Farrah Abraham — no reality TV actress is better at getting media attention in Las Vegas. She should teach a class on it.

Lesson one: The “Teen Mom OG”/”Backdoor Teen Mom” star showed up at the Palms’ “Ditch Fridays” pool party wearing the smallest bikini she could wear for photos to appear in print.

Lesson two: She brought a friend in a swimsuit, Las Vegas’ own reality TV actress Heather Marianna — who is now a mommy to a Pomeranian puppy named Princess given to her by Abraham’s daughter — then Abraham proceeded to pour Champagne down Marianna’s back on camera.

Lesson three: Abraham (who now owns a FroYo frozen yogurt shop) spilled personal beans, telling people she’s still looking for true love, which ties in with her upcoming July 8 dating appearance on “Millionaire’s Club.”

Lesson four: Also at the pool was social media influencer Kirill Was Here (his 944,000-follower Instagram bio says, “I have successfully convinced people to pay me to get drunk”), so Abraham and this self-proclaimed professional “drunk” started spraying people with spray guns filled with Champagne, while Marianna screamed, “They better not wet me, ‘cause I’m wearing a white swimsuit!”

Dear future hosts of clubs and dayclubs in Las Vegas: If you want to be more famous, learn from the master media baiter, Farrah Abraham. She is your Yoda.

BOOTIES STILL ‘IN’

All week, Dr. Paul Nassif of E!’s “Botched” has been lecturing about noses and faces at Bellagio, where the annual Vegas Cosmetic Surgery meeting attracted 2,000 facial plastic surgeons, dermatologists and health care pros.

During one of Nassif’s few quiet moments, he and I caught up in a secret VIP lounge.

Trend question: What’s the most popular body modification now?

“The butt’s the biggest thing, still,” Nassif said. “Brazilian butt lifts — fat grafting, harvesting lipo, injecting the butt — it’s huge.”

The butty Kardashians helped popularize the caboose craze, but Nassif agrees one other person deserves credit for making butts happen back in the 1990s and early 2000s with her natural shelf:

Planet Hollywood headliner Jennifer Lopez.

“J. Lo, to me, was the original Brazilian booty” in American pop culture, he said, and added this personal note in a professional manner: “That’s my thing. I’m a butt guy.”

Let’s put Nassif on the spot and ask him what kinds of cosmetic procedures he sees in people walking around Las Vegas, as compared to his Los Angeles.

“Less face work here,” he said. “Remember, though, I’m not hanging out at a local black-tie event to see the women of Las Vegas.” (Good point.)

“But there’s obvious body work here. Lipo, breast (augmentation), fat in the butt, fillers in the face,” he said, issuing a recommendation for our valley: “The biggest thing is, when you’re in Vegas, women have to make sure their faces are hydrated.”

But he and “Botched” co-star Dr. Terry Dubrow are also launching a spinoff, “Botched by Nature,” in August, when they help people address congenital deformities and problems such as trouble caused by getting hit by lightning.

“People make fun of them. They’re teased and bullied all their life. They don’t want to leave the house,” he said. “It makes you feel very fortunate.

MAKE-A-WISH PATIENT MEETS T.I.

On Friday, Drai’s resident headliner Tip “T.I.” Harris met a 9-year-old fan named

Mark through Make-A-Wish.

The boy has a congenital heart condition and wished to meet his favorite rapper, who took him and his family to Giada restaurant in the Cromwell, and talked music, influences and sports.

Then Harris called his own wife and children on FaceTime to introduce them to Mark.

Isn’t kindness the loveliest thing?
