Tuscany Village, an Italian-themed master plan in Henderson, is making a splash with residents this summer. The Century Communities’ community offers residents million-dollar amenities.

“Tuscany Village has been one of our best-selling communities, and once you pass its opulent guard-gated entrance, you’ll see why,” said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Century Communities.

“It is the perfect balance of luxury and affordability. We’ve invested millions in Tuscany Village with both indoor and outdoor recreation options including an award-winning golf course that winds through the community.”

With more than a dozen move-in ready homes available, Soucie said smarthome shoppers can take advantage of valuable savings and move into their new homes this summer.

“Move-in-ready homes offer fantastic opportunities for savings, with savings up to $20,000,” he said. “Some of the homes are ready for move-in this month, and others will be completed and ready in July or August. It’s a perfect time to get into a brand-new home at a great price and enjoy a beautiful summer at Tuscany Village.”

All new homes at Tuscany Village, including those ready for move-in, are built with Century Communities’ standard gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, maple kitchen cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances.

The homes also include paver driveways and walkways along with Century’s signature valet (per plan). “We even offer a standard option of rounded or square-edge walls,” Soucie said.

At Tuscany Village, 12 single- and two-story floor plans range from 1,678 to 3,609 square feet in three distinct collections. Homes are available with up to six bedrooms, up to 4½ baths and up to three-car garages. Prices start in the mid-$200.000s.

In addition to its upscale standard features, certain floor plans at Tuscany Village include modern design options for multigenerational living, casitas and courtyards, which are standard in several plans.

Among the move-in ready homes at Tuscany Village is a Dolcetta 2455 plan. This two-story home includes 2,455 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, up to four baths, a walk-in kitchen pantry, oversized gourmet cooking island, Century’s signature valet and second-floor laundry. Options include a front courtyard, covered rear patios and a fireplace or media niche.

Another plan that has two movein ready options is the Annata 1836. This single-story home can be built with an optional second floor and the second floor can be built with a second master suite, large bonus room with a wet bar or even a bonus room and two additional bedrooms.

The community’s 35,000 squarefoot La Vita Tuscana recreation center is open year-round and has a full-size gym, fully equipped fitness center, aerobics room, arts and crafts room, billiards room, basketball and racquetball courts.

Outside, residents enjoy their own 25-meter lap pool, resort-style pool, oversized spas, large covered cabanas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, abundant walking trails and a children’s playground.

Residents enjoy added benefits exclusive to Tuscany Village including a 24-hour guard-gated entrance and no LID (improvement district) fees.

“It is also very conveniently located to Henderson’s top shopping, dining and recreational destinations,” Soucie said. “You can even use pedestrian and bike-friendly trails to get to Lake Las Vegas.”
