■ No. 3 Clemson 47, No. 14 Louisville 21 — At Louisville,

Ky., Kelly Bryant threw a 79-yard touchdown pass and ran for two scores for the Tigers (3-0, 1-0), who led 26-7 in the third quarter and totaled 613 yards of offense. Lamar Jackson threw for 317 yards and three TDs for the Cardinals (2-1, 1-1) but had an intercepti­on returned for a score and was sacked four times.

■ Notre Dame 49, Boston College 20 — At Boston, Brandon Wimbush ran for four touchdowns and 207 yards, a record for a quarterbac­k with the Fighting Irish (2-1). He scored on runs of 1, 2, 3 and 65 yards and set up two other TDs with 46- and 32-yard runs. The Eagles (1-2) trailed 14-13 midway through the third quarter.

■ No. 9 Oklahoma State 59, Pittsburgh 21 — At Pittsburgh, Mason Rudolph threw for 423 yards and five touchdowns in the first half for the Cowboys (3-0), who had four 100-yard receivers for the first time in 12 years. The Panthers (1-2) ended Rudolph’s FBS-leading streak of 216 straight passes without an intercepti­on.

■ Virginia 38, Connecticu­t

18— At Charlottes­ville, Va., Kurt Benkert passed for a programrec­ord 455 yards and three touchdowns for the Cavaliers (2-1), who led 24-0 at halftime. Hergy Mayala had two catches for 77 yards and two TDs for the Huskies (1-1), who had two turnovers inside the Virginia 20.

■ Duke 34, Baylor 20 — At Durham, N.C., Shaun Wilson ran for 176 yards, including touchdowns of 50 and 65 yards, for the Blue Devils, who are 3-0 for the second time since 1994. Zach Smith threw for three touchdowns, including 73- and 79-yarders to Chris Platt, in his first start for the Bears (0-3).

■ Wake Forest 46, Utah State

10— At Winston-Salem, N.C., John Wolford threw for 242 yards and two touchdowns and ran for a score, and Arkeem Byrd ran for 120 yards and a TD for the Demon Deacons (3-0). The Aggies (1-2) were outgained 397-77 in yards of offense in the first half.

■ No. 16 Virginia Tech 64, East Carolina 17 — At Greenville, N.C., Josh Jackson threw for 372 yards and five touchdowns, and Cam Phillips set a program record for the Hokies (3-0) with 14 catches, which went for 189 yards and three scores. The Pirates (0-3) wasted a 17-7 lead.

■ North Carolina 53, Old Dominion 23 — At Norfolk, Va., Chazz Surratt ran for two touchdowns and threw for another for the Tar Heels (1-2), who scored

three touchdowns in a 4:12 span of the second quarter. Isaiah Harper returned a kickoff 100 yards for a TD for the Monarchs (2-1).

■ North Carolina State 49, Furman 16 — At Raleigh, N.C., Jaylen Samuels scored on first-half runs of 2, 1 and 1 yards and had six catches for 75 yards for the Wolfpack (2-1). Andy Schumpert had four catches for 107 yards and a touchdown for the Paladins (0-3).

■ Syracuse 41, Central

Michigan 17 — At Syracuse, N.Y., Eric Dungey threw for 279 yards and a touchdown and ran for 105 yards and a score for the Orange (21). The Chippewas (2-1) were 3 of 16 on third-down conversion­s and are 12 of 48 for the season.
