WHAT TO WATCH
■ In his latest epic documentary, “The Vietnam War” (8 p.m. Sunday, PBS), Ken Burns examines one of the most consequential and controversial events in American history. The 10-part, 18-hour series includes rarely seen archival footage and interviews with nearly 80 witnesses.
■ It’s a new semester at North Jackson High School and big changes are in store. As the comedy “Vice Principals” (10:30 p.m. Sunday, HBO) returns for its second and final season, Gamby and Russell learn the only thing harder than gaining power is holding on to it.
■ “Dancing With the Stars” (8 p.m. Monday, ABC) launches its 25th season with a cast of celebrity contestants including Debbie Gibson, Barbara Corcoran, Drew Scott, Terrell Owens and Derek Fisher.
■ “American Ninja Warrior” (8 p.m. Monday, NBC) will finally crown a champion as the top competitors tackle the last stages of the Las Vegas obstacle course.
