■ No. 1 Alabama 45, Tennessee

7— At Tuscaloosa, Ala., Bo Scarbrough ran for two touchdowns for the Crimson Tide (8-0, 5-0), who held a 604-108 edge in yards of offense while improving to 11-0 against the Volunteers (34, 0-4) under coach Nick Saban. With reserves manning Alabama’s offensive backfield in the second half, Tennessee ended a streak of five-plus quarters without a touchdown when linebacker Daniel Bituli returned an intercepti­on 97 yards.

■ No. 24 Louisiana State 40, Mississipp­i 24 — At Oxford, Miss., Derrius Guice ran for 276 yards and a touchdown to help the Tigers (6-2, 3-1) win for coach Ed Orgeron,

who guided the Rebels (3-4, 1-3) from 2005 to 2007. Shea Patterson, who came in leading the SEC with 2,143 yards passing, was 10 of 23 for 116 yards with no TDs and three intercepti­ons for Ole Miss before exiting with a right knee injury in the second quarter.

■ No. 21 Auburn 52, Arkansas

20 — At Fayettevil­le, Ark., Kamryn Pettway ran for 90 yards and three touchdowns for the Tigers (6-2, 4-1), who amassed 345 yards rushing. Freshman Cole Kelley, making his second start in place of injured quarterbac­k Austin Allen, threw for 138 yards for the Razorbacks (2-5, 0-4), who were outgained 629-334 in yards of offense.

■ Mississipp­i State 45,

Kentucky 7 — At Starkville, Miss., Nick Fitzgerald threw for 155 yards and a touchdown and ran for 115 yards and two scores for the Bulldogs (5-2, 2-2), becoming the sixth SEC quarterbac­k to run for 2,000 yards. The Wildcats (5-2, 2-2) crossed midfield only three times and were outgained 441-260 in yards of offense.

■ Missouri 68, Idaho 21 — At Columbia, Mo., Drew Lock threw for 467 yards and six touchdowns, and J’Mon Moore had 11 catches for 174 yards and a score for the Tigers (25), who scored five first-quarter TDs and totaled 465 yards by halftime. The Vandals (2-5) were outgained 658-278 in yards of offense.
