■ No. 3 Oklahoma 41, Kansas

3— At Lawrence, Kan., Baker Mayfield threw for 257 yards and three touchdowns for the Sooners (10-1, 7-1) before trading barbs with fans of the Jayhawks (1-10, 0-8) behind the Oklahoma bench. Mayfield was unnerved when Kansas’ captains refused to shake his hand during the opening coin toss.

■ Kansas State 45, No. 10 Oklahoma State 40 — At Stillwater, Okla., Byron Pringle had four catches for 166 yards and three touchdowns and returned a kickoff 89 yards for a score for the Wildcats (6-5, 4-4), who built a 29-point lead. Mason Rudolph passed for 425

yards and three touchdowns and ran for a score, and James Washington had eight catches for 159 yards and a TD for the Cowboys (8-3, 5-3).

■ No. 11 Texas Christian 27,

Texas Tech 3 — At Lubbock, Texas, true freshman quarterbac­k Shawn Robinson ran for 84 yards and threw a touchdown pass for the Horned Frogs (9-2, 6-2) while filling in for Kenny Hill, who was out with an unspecifie­d injury. Clayton Hayfield badly hooked a 20-yard field-goal try for the Red Raiders (5-6, 2-6), whose kickers have made only 8 of 16 tries this season.

■ Texas 28, No. 24 West Virginia 14 — At Morgantown, W.Va., Sam Ehlinger threw two touchdown passes for the Longhorns (6-5, 5-3), who qualified for a bowl for the first time since 2014. Quarterbac­k Will Grier left the game in the first quarter with an injured throwing hand for the Mountainee­rs (7-4, 5-3) and didn’t return.

■ Iowa State 23, Baylor 13 — At Waco, Texas, Allen Lazard became the career receiving leader for the Cyclones (7-4, 5-3) with a 36-yard touchdown catch as Iowa State clinched a winning league record for the first time since 2000. The Bears (1-10, 1-7) committed two key fourth-quarter turnovers. David Montgomery ran for 144 yards for the Cyclones before exiting with an ankle injury.
