Brazen show of hypocrisy

When President Barack Obama had the opportunity to nominate someone to the Supreme Court, Republicans said they would not give any consideration to a nominee until after the November elections.

Now, we have the same scenario, but a much different response from Republicans: Not only will they consider the nominee, but they will have the position filled by October and before the midterm elections.

What a blatant and revolting display of partisan hypocrisy.

The people who have been elected and swore on the Bible to uphold the constitution, Republican and Democrat, are nothing more than a bunch of self-serving demigods.

They have no shame, no conscious, and are totally oblivious to anything remotely resembling honesty, fair play and adherence to the Constitution of the United States. Rubre Gratton, Las Vegas
