MARGARET ANN BRUNDAGE
Margaret passed away due to heart and lung complications on July 18, 2018 at Pacifica San Martin Assisted Living facility. She was born October 4, 1935 in Deer River, MN, the youngest child of Edgar and Mary (Cornish) Rasley. Margaret graduated from Deer River High School in 1953. Following graduation, she set out to explore life, first to Utah, then on to Alaska, California and finally Las Vegas, NV in 1961 with her husband Lloyd "Buz"Brundage. They were avid dog breeders, raising several AKC Champions, and also enjoyed outdoor activities such as, fishing, motorcycles, gardening and raising a variety of birds. Margaret retired from Nevada Division of Investigations in 1998, after 20 years as the Senior Administrator of the Southern Nevada office. After retirement, she loved to travel, read, and play with her cat, Sushi. Margaret was the last of 10 Rasley children and was predeceased by her parents, 9 siblings and youngest son, Kenneth. She is survived by her Daughter, Kerry of Las Vegas, NV; Son, David and his wife Debi of Roanoke, TX; 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of Margaret's life and spreading of her ashes, will be held on her birthday, October 4, 2018 on the Rasley family farm where she was born. There will be no funeral service at Margaret's request but family and friends who wish to attend the celebration are welcome. She will be greatly missed.
