■ Yankees 11, Blue Jays 6 — At New York, Miguel Andujar hit one of New York’s four home runs and totaled three hits and three RBIs to back Luis Severino (16-6), who allowed two runs and struck out eight in five-plus innings.

■ Orioles 4, Indians 2 — At Cleveland, Alex Cobb (4-15) pitched a five-hitter for his first complete game in five years, backed by Jonathan Villar’s three-run homer and rookie Cedric Mullins’ first major league home run.

■ Red Sox 5, Rays 2 — At Boston, J.D. Martinez hit his majors-best 38th home run, and Mitch Moreland added an RBI double in Boston’s four-run first to back David Price (13-6), who allowed two runs over seven innings.

■ Tigers 7, Twins 5 — At Minneapoli­s, Mikie Mahtook hit a tiebreakin­g three-run homer in the fifth, helping rookie Ryan Carpenter (1-1) overcome Minnesota’s four home runs to notch his first major league win.

■ Royals 3, White Sox 1 — At Chicago, Alex Gordon homered and Jorge Bonifacio hit a go-ahead RBI single in Kansas City’s two-run sixth, and five Royals relievers combined for four scoreless innings.

National League

■ Mets 3, Phillies 1 — At Philadelph­ia, Jacob deGrom (8-7) withstood a 41-minute rain delay to pitch a complete game with nine strikeouts and no walks, allowing an unearned run that was the result of his error and lowering his majorsbest ERA to 1.71.

■ Cardinals 7, Brewers 2 — At St. Louis, Marcell Ozuna homered to back Miles Mikolas (13-3), who allowed one run over six innings, as St. Louis moved a halfgame ahead of Milwaukee for the second NL wild card.

■ Padres 7, Diamondbac­ks 6 — At San Diego, Christian Villanueva had a walk-off pinch-hit single in the ninth for San Diego, which halted a five-game slide. Paul Goldschmid­t had four hits and four RBIs for Arizona.

■ Reds 7, Giants 1 — At Cincinnati, Matt Harvey (6-7) took a no-hit bid into the sixth, ultimately allowing four hits over 6⅓ shutout innings, and Scooter Gennett had three hits and scored three runs.

■ Rockies 5, Braves 3 — At Atlanta, Ian Desmond hit a two-run double in Colorado’s three-run ninth, in which all the runs scored with two outs, and DJ LeMahieu homered in the 10th for the Rockies.

■ Marlins 7, Nationals 5 — At Washington, Isaac Galloway hit a goahead two-run single in the 10th, and JT Riddle homered and totaled four RBIs for Miami, which halted a six-game slide.

■ Pirates 3, Cubs 1 — At Pittsburgh, Joe Musgrove (5-7) allowed one run and struck out seven over seven innings, backed by Adam Frazier’s RBI double in Pittsburgh’s three-run second.

Interleagu­e

■ Mariners 5, Dodgers 4 — At Seattle, Dylan Floro was charged with a walk-off balk with one out and the bases loaded in the 10th. Los Angeles had overcome a 4-1 deficit with home runs by Justin Turner and Cody Bellinger in the eighth and Max Muncy in the ninth.
