SHARON LOUISE JOHNSON (NEE HENDRICKS)

Sharon Louise Johnson (nee Hendricks) passed away on August 21, 2018 in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. She was born June 5, 1946 in Weiser, Washington County, Idaho. She was born to John Robert Hendricks and Eleanore Louise Hendricks (nee Cornmesser) and was raised at Vale, Malheur County, Oregon. Sharon married Robert Martin Johnson on October 12, 1976 at the Idaho Falls Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She moved with her family to Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada on June 5, 1985. Sharon earned a master's degree in elementary education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and taught library skills in elementary school libraries in the Clark County School District for twentythre­e years until she retired in 2016. Sharon is survived by her husband, Robert Johnson, her two sons, Eric Martin Johnson, Craig Andrew (Carmen Andrea) Johnson, her two grandsons, Cohen Jagger Johnson, and Cavan Hexum Johnson, and her sisters, Linda Frances (Terry) Scherer Susan Kay (Donald) Coleman and her brother Robert Foster (Connie) Hendricks. Sharon's funeral is scheduled for September 8, 2018, the Warm Springs Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 7670 South Bruce, Street Las Vegas, Nevada, where a viewing is scheduled at 10:00 am, the funeral at 11:00 am and the interment at the Davis Cemetery at 6200 South Eastern at 1:00 pm. Services Pending. on September 08, 2018, 11:00 am at Warm Springs Stake Center, 7670 South Bruce Street, Las Vegas, Nevada.
