22 Texas A&M 23 — At Tuscaloosa, Ala., Tua Tagovailoa passed for 387 yards and four touchdowns and ran for a score for the Crimson Tide (4-0, 2-0), who held Trayveon Williams, the SEC’s top rusher, to 31 yards on the ground. Kellen Mond passed for 196 yards and a TD, ran for 98 yards and was sacked seven times for the Aggies (2-2, 0-1).

■ No. 2 Georgia 43, Missouri 29— At Columbia, Mo., Jake Fromm threw for 260 yards and three touchdowns for the Bulldogs (4-0, 2-0), who led 20-7 at halftime without an offensive touchdown. Cornerback Tyson Campbell returned a fumble by the Tigers (3-1, 0-1) 68 yards for a TD, and cornerback Eric Stokes blocked a punt that he returned 8 yards for a score.

■ No. 6 Louisiana State 38, Louisiana Tech 21 — At Baton Rouge, La., Nick Brossette scored three touchdowns, and Clyde Edwards-Helaire ran for 136 yards and two TDs for the Tigers (4-0). J’Mar Smith threw for 330 yards and three touchdowns for the Bulldogs (2-1), with two of the scores

going to Adrian Hardy, who totaled 10 catches for 181 yards.

Arkansas 3 — At Auburn, Ala., Noah Igbinoghen­e returned a kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown for the Tigers (3-1, 1-1), who also scored from 9 yards out off a blocked punt, helping offset being held to 91 yards rushing by the

Mississipp­i State 7 — At Lexington, Ky., Benny Snell Jr. ran for 165 yards and four touchdowns on 25 carries, breaking the career TD record for the Wildcats (4-0, 2-0), who held the Bulldogs (3-1, 0-1) to 56 yards rushing. Snell’s fourth TD broke Randall Cobb’s mark of 37 scores. Kentucky

ran for 229 yards overall and held a 300-201 edge in yards of offense.

■ Mississipp­i 38, Kent State

17— At Oxford, Miss., Jordan Ta’amu threw for 442 yards and two touchdowns and ran for a score, and D.K. Metcalf had five catches for 102 yards and a TD for the Rebels (3-1), who withstood two lightning delays totaling 2 1/2 hours. The Golden Flashes (1-3) forged a 7-7 halftime tie and were within 21-17 in the third quarter.

■ Florida 47, Tennessee 21— At Knoxville, Tenn., Feleipe Franks threw for three touchdowns and ran for a score for the Gators (3-1, 1-1), who scored 24 points off six turnovers by the Volunteers (2-2, 0-1), who also gave up a safety and cost themselves a TD with a fumble out of the end zone.

■ South Carolina 37, Vanderbilt 14 — At Nashville, Tenn., Jake Bentley threw for 261 yards and a touchdown for the Gamecocks (2-1, 1-1) in their 10th straight win over the Commodores (2-2, 0-1), who were outgained 534-284 in yards of offense.
