■ At Colorado Springs, Colo., Ty Gangi threw for 259 yards and four touchdowns, two to Elijah Cooks, for the Wolf Pack (3-2, 1-0), who held on when the Falcons (1-3, 0-2) failed to convert a fourth-and-8 at the 11 with 1:16 left. Cornerback Zane Lewis returned an intercepti­on an Air Force-record 99 yards for a touchdown.

Hawaii 44, San Jose State 41, 5OT —

At San Jose, Calif., Ryan Meskell kicked a 35-yard field goal in the fifth overtime, making his last two kicks after missing two, for the Rainbow Warriors (5-1, 2-0), who won when Bryce Crawford missed a 47-yarder for the Spartans (0-4, 0-1). John Ursua had 13 catches for 148 yards and three touchdowns, including a tying 4-yarder with 4:34 left in regulation, for Hawaii. Josh Love threw for 451 yards and three TDs for San Jose State.

At Albuquerqu­e, N.M., Antonio Gandy-Golden had 11 catches for 245 yards, including a 50-yarder to convert a key fourth-quarter third down, for the Flames (2-2), who led 42-10 at halftime. Backup quarterbac­k Sheriron Jones threw for 312 yards and four touchdowns

At Laramie, Wyo., Brett Rypien threw for 342 yards and two touchdowns, and A.J. Richardson had six catches for 113 yards and a score for the Broncos (3-1, 1-0), who led 24-0 at halftime. Nico Evans ran for 138 yards, including a 75-yard TD, on 11 carries for the Cowboys (2-3, 0-1), who mustered 12 yards of offense in the first quarter and 73 by intermissi­on.
