■ No. 3 Clemson 27, Syracuse 23 — At Clemson, S.C., Travis Etienne ran for 203 yards and three touchdowns, including a go-ahead 2-yard score with 41 seconds left, for the Tigers (5-0, 2-0), who lost quarterbac­k Trevor Lawrence to a possible concussion in the second quarter. Eric Dungey threw for 250 yards and ran for two TDs for the Orange (4-1, 1-1).

■ No. 13 Central Florida 45, Pittsburgh 14 — At Orlando, Fla., McKenzie Milton threw for 328 yards and four touchdowns and ran for two scores for the Knights (4-0), who extended the nation’s longest active win streak to 17 games. The Panthers (2-3) scored on Maurice Ffrench’s 58-yard catch-and-run and Rafael Araujo-Lopes’ 86-yard punt return.

■ Virginia Tech 31, No. 22 Duke 14 — At Durham, N.C., Kansas transfer Ryan Willis threw for 332 yards and three touchdowns in his first start for the Hokies (2-2, 2-0). Ranked for the first time since 2015, the Blue Devils (4-1, 0-1) were denied their first 5-0 start since 1994 and saw their seven-game

win streak end.

■ North Carolina State 35, Virginia 21 — At Raleigh, N.C., Kelvin Harmon had six catches for 94 yards and a touchdown, and Emeka Emezie had five catches for 90 yards and a score for the Wolfpack (4-0, 1-0), who scored 24 unanswered points after trailing

7-3. Bryce Perkins threw two TD passes to Olamide Zaccheaus for the Cavaliers (3-2, 1-1).

■ Florida State 28, Louisville 24 — At Louisville, Ky., Deondre Francois threw for 294 yards and four touchdowns, including a go-ahead 58-yard score to Nyqwan Murray with 1:13 left, for the Seminoles

(3-2, 1-1), who trailed 21-7 at halftime. Jawon Pass threw for 306 yards and two touchdowns with two intercepti­ons for the Cardinals (2-3, 0-2).

■ Boston College 45, Temple 35 — At Boston, Anthony Brown threw for two touchdowns and caught a 9-yard TD pass, and AJ Dillon ran for 161 yards and two scores before exiting in the third quarter with a left ankle injury for the Eagles (4-1). Ryquell Armstead ran for 171 yards and four TDs for the Owls (2-3).

■ Georgia Tech 63, Bowling Green 17 — At Atlanta, TaQuon Marshall, Jordan Mason and Tobias Oliver each rushed for two touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets (2-3), who ended each of their first seven drives with TD runs. Jarret Doege threw for 305 yards and a score for the Falcons (1-4), who ran for 63 yards.

■ Wake Forest 56, Rice 24— At Winston-Salem, N.C., Greg Dortch had 11 catches for 163 yards and four touchdowns for the Demon Deacons (3-2), who led 42-3 at halftime. Austin Walter totaled 198 yards of offense and scored twice for the Owls (1-4).
