No. 3 Ohio State 73, Maryland 14 —

At Columbus, Ohio, Justin Fields threw for three TDs and ran for another score in the first half as the Buckeyes (9-0, 6-0) raced to a 42-0 intermissi­on lead. J.K. Dobbins ran for 90 yards and two TDs for Ohio State. The Terrapins (3-7, 1-6) yielded 705 yards of offense and 40 first downs.

No. 16 Wisconsin 24, No. 18 Iowa 22

At Madison, Wis., Jonathan Taylor ran for a season-high 250 yards for the Badgers (72, 4-2), becoming the first player this season to rush for more than 100 yards against the Hawkeyes (6-3, 3-3). Quintez Cephus had five catches for 94 yards and a TD for Wisconsin in its fourth straight win over Iowa. Nate Stanley threw for 208 yards and two TDs for the Hawkeyes.

ATLANTIC COAST

No. 4 Clemson 55, North Carolina

State 10 — At Raleigh, N.C., Trevor Lawrence threw for two TDs and ran for a score in the first quarter for the Tigers (10-0, 7-0), who led 42-0 at halftime in their program-record 25th straight win. Freshman Zonovan Knight had a 53-yard TD run in the third quarter for the Wolfpack (4-5, 1-4). No. 15 Notre Dame 38, Duke 7 — At Durham, N.C., Ian Book ran for 139 yards and threw for 181 yards and four TDs for the Fighting Irish (7-2), who led 21-0 before the Blue Devils (4-5) picked up their second first down. Quentin Harris threw for 102 yards for Duke, including a 29-yard TD pass to Aaron Young late in the second quarter.

Virginia Tech 36, No. 22 Wake Forest

17— At Blacksburg, Va., Hendon Hooker threw for 242 yards and ran for 69 yards and a TD for the Hokies (6-3, 3-2), who overcame a 6-0 halftime deficit. Deshawn McClease capped two consecutiv­e Virginia Tech drives with TD runs in the third quarter. Kendall Hinton had eight catches for 162 yards for the Demon Deacons (7-2, 3-2).

No. 6 Georgia 27, Missouri 0 — At Athens, Ga., Jake Fromm threw two TD passes to George Pickens, and the Bulldogs (8-1, 5-1) notched their third shutout of the season. The Tigers (5-4, 2-3) mustered 198 yards of offense and 11 first downs, including five through three quarters. Rodrigo Blankenshi­p kicked four field goals.

No. 10 Florida 56, Vanderbilt 0 — At Gainesvill­e, Fla., Kyle Trask threw for 363 yards and three TDs and ran for a score, the best passing performanc­e by a quarterbac­k for the Gators (8-2, 5-2) since Tim Tebow’s 482-yard showing in the 2010 Sugar Bowl. Florida freshman Mohamoud Diabate had three sacks and forced a fumble that fellow linebacker Jon Greenard returned 80 yards for a TD. The Commodores (2-7, 1-5) failed to avoid being shut out when Ryley Guay hooked a 50-yard field-goal try with 3:54 left.

No. 9 Oklahoma 42, Iowa State 41

At Norman, Okla., cornerback Parnell Motley intercepte­d Brock Purdy’s 2-point conversion pass with 24 seconds left to thwart the Cyclones (5-4, 3-3), who trailed 42-21. Jalen Hurts threw for 273 yards and three TDs and ran for 68 yards and two TDs for the Sooners (8-1, 5-1), who won their 18th straight November game. Purdy threw for 282 yards and five TDs.

Texas 27, No. 20 Kansas State 24

At Austin, Texas, Cameron Dicker kicked a 26-yard field goal as time expired, his second game-ending, game-winning kick for the Longhorns (6-3, 4-2). Keaontay Ingram ran for 139 yards and two second-half TDs for Texas. The Wildcats (6-3, 3-3) rallied to tie it on Joshua Youngblood’s 98-yard kickoff return for a TD and Blake Lynch’s 45-yard field goal. OTHERS

3— At Cincinnati, Desmond Ridder threw for two TDs and Michael Warren II ran for a pair, all in the first half, as the Bearcats (8-1, 5-0 American Athletic) raced to a 38-0 intermissi­on lead. The Huskies (2-8, 0-6) had two players ejected while losing their 17th straight conference game.

Carolina 51 — At Dallas, Shane Buechele threw for 414 yards and five TDs for the Mustangs (9-1, 5-1 American Athletic), including a 31-yard TD strike to tight end Kylen Granson on fourth-and-20 with SMU up 45-44 midway through the fourth quarter. Granson totaled seven catches for 138 yards, and James Proche added 14 catches for 167 yards for the Mustangs. Tyler Snead had 19 catches for 240 yards for the Pirates (3-7, 0-6), who held a 644636 edge in yards of offense.

Brigham Young 31, Liberty 24 — At Provo, Utah, Micah Simon had seven catches for 91 yards and a TD and threw a 44-yard TD pass to Matt Bushman for the Cougars (5-4). The Flames (6-4) went up 7-0 on the first drive, before BYU scored the next 17 points and 24 of the next 27. Stephen Calvert threw for 303 yards and three TDs for Liberty.
