NBA ROUNDUP
Home team in CAPS
■ Lakers 109, GRIZZLIES 108:
LeBron James scored on a driving layup with 1:30 left to put Los Angeles ahead to stay and totaled 30 points in the Lakers’ seventh straight win.
Rookie Ja Morant scored 26 points to lead Memphis, which had a final chance with 1.3 seconds to go but had difficulty with the inbounds pass.
■ BUCKS 104, Pistons 90:
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 28 points and 10 rebounds in his 16th straight double-double for Milwaukee, which won its seventh in a row.
Antetokounmpo is the first player to open an NBA season with 16 consecutive doubledoubles since Moses Malone did it with Houston in 1981.
■ 76ERS 113, Heat 86:

Zach LaVine scored a career-high 49 points on 17-for-28 shooting, including the winning 3-pointer with 0.8 seconds left.

Pascal Siakam scored 34 points for Toronto, his sixth game with 30 points this season — one more than he had in 2018-19.
Trae Young had 30 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds in his second triple-double for Atlanta, which lost its sixth straight.
■ JAZZ 128, Pelicans 120:
