■ Lakers 109, GRIZZLIES 108:

LeBron James scored on a driving layup with 1:30 left to put Los Angeles ahead to stay and totaled 30 points in the Lakers’ seventh straight win.

■ BUCKS 104, Pistons 90:

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 28 points and 10 rebounds in his 16th straight double-double for Milwaukee, which won its seventh in a row.

Antetokounmpo is the first player to open an NBA season with 16 consecutive doubledoubles since Moses Malone did it with Houston in 1981.
