Olga Clara Wright, 84, longtime resident of Las Vegas, Nevada went to heaven on 16 January 2021, in her home, surrounded by family. She is survived by her four children, ten grandchild­ren and four great-grandchild­ren. Olga was born on Christmas Eve, 1936 in Port Huron, MI to Nickolas and Amelia Toodzio, immigrants from Hungary. She was raised on the family farm and enjoyed barnyard animals and country living. Olga graduated HS in 1955 with Honors. She earned a Liberal Arts degree in 1957 and ultimately was certified as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She enjoyed a stellar career spanning nearly 40 years, earning numerous awards. She retired and moved to Las Vegas in 2002. Olga met Richard I Wright and married in 1960. They moved to central California where they raised their four children, Richard, Carrie, Kevin and Mary Sue. Richard predecease­d Olga in 2001. Olga had many personal interests including baking, bowling and hosting family gatherings. She was an avid Patriot, loved and believed in God and the Catholic faith. During retirement she served as a Senior Counselor and hospital volunteer. She enjoyed many friendship­s over the years, especially in the Red Hat Society. In Lieu of flowers, Olga contribute­d to a great number of charities, the family requests donation in her name to the Wounded Warrior foundation, Disabled Veterans, and The Cancer Foundation. She was laid to rest 5 February 2021 at Palm Eastern Cemetery, Las Vegas Nevada.
