KELLER Williams Luxury International has named Realtor Mark Wiley of the Mark Wiley Group as the head of the new Southern Nevada Luxury Division. Wiley will lead a team of Keller Williams agents representing some of the most exclusive home listings in the Southern Nevada real estate market.
Nathan Adelson Hospice has announced the promotion of Cheryl Johnston to clinical manager for its Pahrump office. In her new role, Johnston will oversee home care, triage, continuous care and transition care teams, promote excellent patient care through effective leadership, continue to develop a culture of safety, excellence and exceed operations and quality metrics.

Colliers International Las Vegas has named Nicholas Gordon as its newest associate vice president and broker within its investment division. Gordon, who has previously served as managing director for Forstmann & co., brings a diverse professional background that includes more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor.
Colliers also announced that retail broker Chris Clifford has been promoted to senior vice president. As an expert retail broker with a decade worth of diverse experience, Clifford has facilitated more than $500 million in buy, sell and lease transactions over the course of his career.
Burke Construction Group has hired Debbie Schmitt as vice president of finance and accounting. As part of Burke’s senior management leadership team, Schmitt will oversee the operations, management, and continuous development of the accounting and finance department.
Galaxy Gaming, Inc. announced Paul Omohundro has joined the company as vice president of business development. Omohundro will be responsible for expanding Galaxy Gaming’s business through exploring new markets and discovering innovative products and services to further provide value to casino clients.
