Still need to make a COVID-19 vaccine appointment?
Two weeks after extending eligibility to workers in Southern Nevada’s hospitality and casino industry, officials are again having trouble filling appointments.
There are multiple locations for doses, from pharmacies to mass vaccination sites. If you need a coronavirus test, those are also available. On April 5, eligibility opens to all ages and groups.
Make a vaccine appointment
Pharmacies: Appointments are available at select Walmart, Sam’s Club, CVS, Albertsons, Vons, Walgreens, Smith’s, Safeway and Raley’s stores. Find the list at immunizenevada.org/covid-19vaccine-locator.
Other locations: This includes Cashman Center, the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Southern Nevada Health District office and many more. To make vaccinations more convenient, North Las Vegas this week began offering appointments at its College of Southern Nevada site until 8 p.m.
Appointments for first and second doses of the vaccine can be scheduled at covid.southernnevadahealthdistrict.org/vaccine/distribution or vax4nv.nv.gov/patient/s
Eligible military personnel as well as Tricare beneficiaries 65 years and over may schedule an appointment at the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center. Call Nellis Air Force Base’s COVID-19 Hotline at 702-653-2273.
