The National Finals Rodeo Committee has announced that Allen
Rheinheimer has been named as the general manager of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. The annual event, held at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, is scheduled for Dec. 2-11, 2021.
Rheinheimer will work closely with Las Vegas Events, NFRC and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association on all aspects of rodeo production.
“Allen brings diverse managerial experience to the Wrangler NFR,” said Pat Christenson, president of Las Vegas Events. “He has been in a key production leadership position for more than 20 years. His overall understanding of the scope of the Wrangler NFR will be an important component in enhancing the production and show elements on rodeo’s biggest stage – in Las Vegas.”
De Castroverde Law Group has added two new attorneys. Vilma Nunez has joined the firm as a criminal defense and immigration attorney, and Michelle Harnik has been brought on as a personal injury attorney.
Nunez originally joined De Castroverde Law Group in 2018, when she was brought on as a law clerk before becoming an attorney. She now represents both Spanish and English-speaking clients in criminal defense and immigration cases
Harnik is a personal injury lawyer who also joined De Castroverde Law Group as a law clerk in 2018 while attending law school. Before rejoining the firm as an attorney, she worked as a judicial law clerk to District Court Judge Tierra Jones in the Eighth Judicial District Court.
Merrill Lynch Wealth Management has appointed Didi Nicolas as market executive for Nevada. Nicolas will oversee 78 financial advisors in the state.
“Didi brings a wealth of experience to this new role, having previously served as associate market manager with Merrill Lynch in the Westchester Greenwich Market, where he supported financial advisors in order to help them grow their practices,” said Jeff Markham, western division executive, Merrill Lynch.”He has also served as the interim market executive in both the Westchester Greenwich and Oklahoma markets. He understands the importance of personalized investment advice to achieve client’s goals.”
Everi Holdings has appointed Kate C. Lowenhar-Fisher as executive vice president, chief legal officer – general counsel, and corporate secretary. She will have responsibility for the company’s legal and regulatory compliance affairs and will report to Everi CEO Michael Rumbolz.
The company is a provider of landbased and digital casino gaming products, financial technology and player loyalty solutions. Rumbolz praised LowenharFisher’s “extensive experience across a comprehensive range of corporate issues and deep knowledge of the gaming industry’s unique regulatory and compliance standards.”
Urology Specialists of Nevada has added a new health care provider to help meet the growing need for urologic services in the Las Vegas area Tuan Khuu, APRN, joins Urology Specialists of Nevada and works at its 2010 Wellness Way location. Board certified, Khuu received his medical training from Touro University in Henderson.
Southwest Medical has added a new physician, David Richards, MD. Richards joins Southwest Medical’s Banburry Cross Healthcare Center location and specializes in internal medicine
