What’s a digital detox weekend without learning how to make your life healthier? If you can’t have your phone, at least you can try a great green smoothie that nutritioni­st Jennifer Thompson whips up at home for breakfast. GREEN SMOOTHIE 1 cup or 240 millileter­s chopped fresh cucumber (peeled) ½ stalk fresh celery 1 fresh pear (core removed) 2 tablespoon­s fresh avocado 5 fresh flat parsley leaves 1 cup or 240 millileter­s fresh watercress leaves

1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled (about 3 centimeter­s by 3 centimeter­s) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice ½ cup coconut water (see note) Put down your phone. Place ingredient­s in blender and blend.

Note: If consistenc­y is too thick then increase to ¾ cup coconut water
