One Las Vegas, a twin 20-story condominium towers on the southern end of Las Vegas Boulevard, offers access to the best the city has to offer while simultaneously providing a private oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Strip.

While there is a long list of benefits to living at One Las Vegas, a favorite perk is access to the community’s full-service concierge, backed by a dynamic and professional team that makes magic happen for residents on a daily basis.

“Our residents at One Las Vegas are in very capable hands thanks to Venchie (Diel), Chris (Sailor) and Jessica (Rosas) — the trio that makes up our wonderful concierge team,” said Stephanie Reese, director of sales at One Las Vegas. “Our team helps residents with everything from arranging housekeeping services to finding great seats to a hot Vegas show, scheduling pet grooming and walking, and arranging for a personal chef to dish up a special dinner.

“Living at One Las Vegas is like staying a four-star hotel with access to full concierge service, only it’s better because it’s home. Our residents truly have everything they could ever need right at their fingertips.”

Other services offered through the concierge desk include car detailing, flower orders and deliveries, special gift orders, restaurant and nightclub reservations, spa appointments and simple errands.

“Our goal is to free residents from daily chores to allow them to do the things they truly enjoy,” Reese said.

Mint Locker, a revolutionary high-quality dry-cleaning service company that picks up and delivers to residents’ doorsteps, is yet another service of convenience offered at One Las Vegas. And for everything that doesn’t require dry cleaning, all One Las Vegas homes come complete with washers and dryers and spacious laundry rooms in select floor plans.

Additional resort-style amenities, all part of The One Club, include a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center called Transform, a resort-style pool called Splash, a movie theater with reclining seats called Show, a sports lounge, called Play, with a pool table and a ping-pong table and arcade machines with more than 100 games, two private treatment rooms for spa treatments called Touch and a full schedule of social events, such as wine tasting and game nights. There is also a conference room with complete AV connectivity, library and a multifunctional co-op working business center.

Homes at One Las Vegas range from 831 to 2,857 square feet with many floor plans offering views of the mountains and the Strip. One-bedroom homes are priced from the low $200,000s, two-bedroom homes from the high $200,000s and three-bedroom homes from the low $400,000s.
