Company offers rentals with recognizable names

-

Many associate luxury rentals with the names Hilton and Marriot, but 1111 Investment Holdings LLC appears to be trying to realign the industry using names like Mario Andretti and Tupac Shakur.

Property records show the company has paid about $1.25 million for real estate in Clark County, Las Vegas and Henderson since 2014. The home at 5645 N. Juliano Road was bought for $575,000 in January.

The properties, almost all condominiums, align with rentals listed on the website creambnb.com.

For a few hundred dollars a night, customers can rent properties like the Tupac Memorial Penthouse Suite in the Platinum Hotel & Spa, the Ghostface Killah Suite in the Palms Place Hotel and Spa or a penthouse at Palms Place named after Andretti.

County staff did not say whether they were investigating any of the listed properties besides the one at 5645 N. Juliano Road.

Creambnb.com indicates it is linked to C.R.E.A.M World Realty, another local company whose president is Manish

Patel. Patel is also the manager of 1111 Investment Holdings. said a steady stream of evidence from neighbors will help make the county’s case.

“This will be an important case for us because we felt that we really built a solid legal case for the (district attorney) to take to court,” he said.
