Giants’ owners throw support behind coach

New York Giants co-owners John Mara and Steve Tisch issued a statement supporting coach Ben Mcadoo and said the team will not make any coaching decisions until after the season.

The statement said the team’s performance this season, “particularly the past two weeks, is inexcusable and frustrating,” and that the owners will “not offer a running commentary on the season.”

The Giants (1-8) lost to previously winless San Francisco on Sunday.
