James, Wade, Love sink Bulls

CHICAGO — Lebron James could sense the Cleveland Cavaliers were starting to click the last time they lost. But a streak like this? He wasn’t about to say he saw that coming.

Dwyane Wade and Kevin Love each scored 24 points, James had 23, and Cleveland beat the Chicago Bulls 113-91 Monday for its 12th straight win. Backed by a trio of stars, the Cavs matched their longest win streak since 2014-15. They dropped a tight game at Houston on Nov. 9 and haven’t lost since. The streak started with wins at Dallas, New York and Charlotte.

“I’m not Nostradamus, so I did not see the streak,” James said. “But in the Houston game, I’d seen the way we played in that game. And I’d seen that if we could build off that game, then we can kind of turn the things around. That was a great road trip for us.”

Kris Dunn led Chicago with 15 points.

■ At New Orleans, Stephen Curry had 31 points and 11 assists before exiting in the fourth quarter with a right ankle sprain for Golden State, which overcame a 21-point deficit in its fourth straight win.

■ At Philadelphia,

Devin Booker scored 32 of his 46 points on 11-for17 second-half shooting for Phoenix. J.J. Redick had 25 points to lead three 20-point scorers for Philadelphia, which missed 23 of 30 3-point tries.

■ At Charlotte, N.C., Kemba Walker had 29 points and seven assists after missing two games with a shoulder injury, becoming the first player in Charlotte history with 200 20-point games.

■ At Boston, Kyrie Irving scored 19 of his 32 points in the second half to help Boston offset Giannis Antetokounmpo’s third 40-point game of the season.

■ At Indianapolis, Thaddeus Young had 20 points to lead seven double-figure scorers for Indiana. New York again was without injured top scorers Kristaps Porzingis and Tim Hardaway Jr.

■ At Memphis, Tenn., Marc Gasol scored 21 points, and Tyreke Evans made two key free throws with 12.7 seconds left for Memphis, which halted an 11-game slide.

■ At San Antonio, LaMarcus Aldridge had 17 points and 10 rebounds to help rally San Antonio. Reggie Jackson scored 20 of his 27 points in the first half for Detroit.

■ At Salt Lake City, Alec Burks scored 27 points for Utah, which went on a 33-6 run spanning the first two quarters and held Washington to 28.8 percent shooting.

■ At Dallas, Harrison Barnes had 22 points to lead six Dallas scorers in double figures in the Mavericks’ second straight wire-to-wire victory.

■ At Atlanta, Caris LeVert scored a season-high 17 points for Brooklyn, which took control with a 17-0 third-quarter run in its most decisive win of the season.
