EX-UNLV guard Vaughn goes from Bucks to Nets for Zeller

-

The Brooklyn Nets traded center Tyler Zeller to Milwaukee for former UNLV guard Rashad Vaughn and a second-round draft pick.

Zeller, 28, signed with the Nets last summer after spending three seasons with Boston. He averaged 7.1 points and 4.6 rebounds and recently was replaced in the starting lineup by rookie Jarrett Allen.

Vaughn, 21, has averaged 3.1 points in 133 games since being taken by the Bucks with the No. 17 pick in the 2015 draft.

Pacers: Guard Darren Collison will miss two to three weeks after having arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, and Findlay Prep product Cory Joseph, 26, will replace him in Indiana’s starting lineup, coach Nate Mcmillan said. Collison, 30, who was hurt Saturday, has averaged 12.8 points and 5.3 assists this season.

Knicks: Guard Ron Baker, 24, will have an arthroscopic stailization procedure on his right shoulder Wednesday and miss the rest of the season, the team said. He dislocated the shoulder and tore his labrum on Jan. 30.

Magic: Forward Adreian Payne, 26, waived last month after being named in the Michigan State sexual assault probe, signed with Panathinaikos of the Greek league.

Jazz: Rookie guard Donovan Mitchell will replace injured Orlando forward Aaron Gordon (hip) in the All-star Weekend slam-dunk contest.
