Colts hire Reich, aide with Eagles, as coach
The Indianapolis Colts hired Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich as coach, returning him to the franchise where he started his coaching career as an intern in 2006.
Reich, 56, reportedly agreed to a five-year deal and will be introduced to the media Tuesday. He played quarterback in the
NFL for 14 seasons, mostly as a backup, with four teams.
The hiring came five days after New England offensive coordinator Josh Mcdaniels reneged on a deal to take the Colts’ job.
