Where to jump for frog legs

VSchneider is looking for frog legs, which she used to get at Ping Pang Pong at the Gold Coast, and as usual Taste of the Town readers are in the know.

Gordon Smith recommende­d Rhythm Kitchen at 6435 S. Decatur Blvd., and Irene Balan recommende­d the Hush Puppy at 7185 W. Charleston Blvd.; there’s another Hush Puppy at

1820 N. Nellis Blvd.

For Penny Reese, who’s looking for bran muffins similar to the ones Glazier’s Food Marketplac­e used to sell, Ann Brown recommende­d Great Buns Bakery at 3270 E. Tropicana Ave. and Sprouts Farmers Market, which has seven stores in the valley.

For Therese Ainsworth, who’s looking for whole or half Farmer John hams that aren’t spiral-cut, Bob Moos said he has found them at Albertsons and Vons, but he suggested calling first, or asking the butcher. And Laura Herlovich said cotton candy grapes are back at Albertsons.
